PLEASE NOTE, Updating the site will take time, if you see a package that is 12 x 12 x 12, this item has not been updated and the weight may not be correct.

We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping on all orders placed that exceed the amount of $750.00 (pre shipping). To receive the free shipping the order must be sent to your domestic location or domestic forwarding company. Drop Ships never ship free.

If any international package is seized by customs and is unable to be returned to Viking it is to be considered a complete loss. Viking Wholesale, Inc. will not reimburse any items costs or shipping charges.

For ALL packages going USPS International: Viking Wholesale will ship each international order to the shipping address provided. Once the package has left our location and is in route to your customer, Viking Wholesale is not responsible for any customs issues, non-deliverable or lost packages. Please contact USPS International Customer Support for help with any of these problems. USPS International Customer Support - 1-800-222-1811

Viking Wholesale will gladly file International Claims and Inquiries.

Drop Ships

Viking Wholesale offers domestic and international Drop Shipping at no additional charge. The only additional charge is a $0.50 fee placed on orders that subtotal under $20.00. This $0.50 is to cover the cost of the shipping materials.

Please note that we CANNOT internationally export Gerber and Buck products.

A $15.00 fee will be applied to any package reroute request.


  • Damaged merchandise may be returned up to 30 days of invoice date. This means the item must be back at Viking Wholesale within the 30 days.
  • Your customer (or desired party) is responsible for the shipping costs of the item returning to our location. Viking Wholesale will cover the shipping charges of the replacement that is sent out to USA Domestic destinations only. All replacements shipping to international destinations are NOT covered by Viking Wholesale and charges will be applied to your account.
  • ALL returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number obtained through the Viking Wholesale website. This number must appear on outside of package that is being returned to Viking. Any non-authorized returns will not be accepted.
  • If your customer feels that any damage to the product occurred during the shipping process Viking Wholesale will file a claim with the appropriate mail carrier. You will be kept up to date on the status of the claim as it may be a lenghy process.
  • Viking Wholesale will charge a restock fee of 10% on all non-damaged returned items. This includes refused items and undeliverable packages. The fee will be applied to the credit for the item is issued.
  • Viking Wholesale will not accept any package returned after 30 days unless it has been authorized by the manufacture and Viking Wholesale.


 Most Warranties are handled thru the manufacture; feel free to call us with questions on specific products.

Call Tags

  • Viking Wholesale will only issue call tags for items we ship incorrectly. The call tag will be sent to you via email by UPS. Simply forward this call tag onto your customer and have them print it out and use it as a regular shipping label.
  • We DO NOT issue call tags for items that arrive damaged, we will ship the replacement at no charge. However, you are able to specifically request a call tag be sent to your customer if needed for any reason. You will be charged for the shipping charges of this call tag.                                                 

NEW UPDATE: There will be a $5.00 fee for each order that needs an address, shipping, or order change after the order is marked "Processed". Please note that in December NO changes will be made to orders marked "Processed". If you notice a mistake with the order once it is placed please call us immediately as to address the issue prior to the order being shipped.
